Summary
Join Vercel as a Product Manager to drive growth in AI enablement and developer experience. You will own key aspects of Vercel's growth strategy, from onboarding and upgrade flows to monetization and enterprise adoption. Leverage data, experimentation, and customer understanding to identify opportunities and craft product experiences. Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams for quick impact. Shape user onboarding, simplify upgrade and billing flows, enable enterprise sales success, and build a scalable growth engine. Translate insights into product requirements and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements
- A strong track record of driving impact with speed and focus β you get things done with high throughput
- Hands-on experience enabling AI/ML applications in a startup or growth-stage environment
- Metrics-obsessed and data-savvy - you think in experiments, funnels, and dashboards
- Comfortable working under ambiguity and imperfect information - you donβt wait for perfect data to make a decision
- A natural collaborator - you elevate the work of engineers, designers, and sales teams through clear thinking and crisp execution
- Experience with technical products and/or developer tools; bonus if youβve supported technical sales motions or worked closely with cloud infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Shape the user onboarding experience by designing and executing experiments that turn curiosity into commitment β from first deploy to upgrade and habitual usage
- Simplify our upgrade and billing flow to drive seamless self-serve monetization and support bottom-up adoption
- Enable enterprise sales success by identifying high-value user segments and optimizing product experiences that support key sales plays and customer conversions
- Fuel platform growth by building a repeatable, scalable growth engine focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- Translate insight into action by converting customer feedback and behavioral data into compelling product requirements and narratives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to move fast and build high-leverage features that drive growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Have familiarity with usage-based or consumption-driven monetization models
- Experience driving product-led growth at a B2B or enterprise AI company
- Are a power user of modern AI tools and up to speed with the latest AI/LLM trends
