Product Manager

Summary

Join Workleap as a Senior Product Manager to contribute to the creation and execution of the product's long-term growth strategy, working with cross-functional teams to deliver value and grow ShareGate's footprint in the market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience and building products and features, ideally in technology-focused product organizations
• Able to analyze, validate and execute solutions based on solid data points = outcome-driven product management
• Excels at, and coaches others on the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Product Management
• Has a strong understanding of the fundamentals of business success (company OKRs and why)
• Able to detect and propose solutions beyond their core area of responsibility
• Experience in driving customer discovery efforts (continuous discovery is a plus)
• Experience in supporting go-to-market efforts including sales & marketing enablement
• Skilled communicator across cross-functional team
• High empathy for your teammates and customers

Responsibilities

• Plan and participate in customer interviews
• Work with Engineering team(s) to deliver product requirements, prioritize the backlog, plan the work and provide feedback on work in progress
• Work with Product Marketing to plan to conduct gain insight, craft messaging, positioning and execute your roadmap's go-to-market plan
• Plan and lead internal stakeholder communication meetings and documentation
• Continuously grow your domain knowledge and subject matter expertise
• Help, guide and mentor Product Managers on your team
