Summary

The job is for a Product Manager Data role at Sympower, focusing on data analytics and driving the creation of new features. Requirements

• 4 years’ experience as a product manager (and working directly with a team of Analytical/Data engineers)
• Strong analytical skills
• Collaborative mind-set, with experience in stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills
• Hands-on and result-oriented focus
• Proven ability of developing and managing complex software products with your team
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Proven experience of pro-active behaviour and contributing to the development of the product team culture

Responsibilities

• Shape the direction of data products, ensure successful implementation, and deeply understand the needs and experiences of users
• Develop a strategy for maximizing the value of data as an independent product
• Drive self-service analytics & data-informed decision-making throughout the company
• Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to inform strategic decisions
• Define behavioural questions, set the right analytics tool, measure, learn and adjust
• Work with a Product designer on various user science techniques to understand deeply your end users
