Requirements

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of SaaS technologies and architectures, especially as they relate to CRM, MarTech, and customer service platform integration
• Data-Driven: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., CRM analytics, marketing attribution, user behavior, customer service metrics) to inform product decisions
• Customer Empathy: Deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by sales, marketing, and project teams
• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Passion for Growth: A drive to learn, innovate, and make a real impact in the fast-paced world of MarTech and CRM

Responsibilities

• Own the Vision: Develop and evangelize a compelling product vision for Insightly
• Lead with Data: Drive product discovery through market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights
• MarTech Mastery: Leverage your deep understanding of the MarTech landscape to identify opportunities for integration, automation, and innovation within Insightly
• Collaborate Fearlessly: Work hand-in-hand with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure a seamless product development and launch process
• Measure & Iterate: Define success metrics, track product performance, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation
