Join Feedzai, a leading RiskOps platform, as an Advanced Product Manager to contribute to the development and execution of the Digital Trust Product vision and strategy. You will play a crucial role in building technologically advanced capabilities utilizing device, behavioral biometric, and cyber threat intelligence signals. This position requires collaboration with various teams, including Research and Labs, Engineering, Data Science, Business, and Design, as well as direct engagement with Feedzai customers. You will be responsible for managing customer feedback, ensuring the Digital Trust solution is responsive to evolving technology and real-world problems, and staying current on new threats and trends. Requirements

  • BSc / MSc in Computer Science, Cyber Threat Intelligence, or similar technical degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management for a Digital or Cyber Intelligence product, or platform with exposure to Device, Network and/or Malware signals and Intelligence
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver a roadmap with modern software development practices
  • Language skills: English and preferably Spanish and/or Portuguese

Responsibilities

  • Research and analysis of key risks within the digital fraud landscape; analysing, developing, building and testing new detection capabilities that utilise data and risk signals from device, behavioural biometric and cyber threat intelligence to recognise user persistency, threat indicators and behavioural anomalies
  • Develop product scope and definition for features on the Digital Trust product roadmap, working with all Feedzai teams (e.g. Research/Labs, Engineers, SME, Data Science, etc.) to ensure that technical and PRD documentation is managed through initiation to completion
  • Be responsible for actively managing customer feedback through a documented and tracked REQ’s process, promoting resolution through the roadmap and providing evidence to demonstrate that key customer requests are progressing into the Digital Trust product releases
  • Consult with wider stakeholders to ensure that Product, Customer and Industry requirements are referenced and documented in the roadmap, escalating where necessary any deviation from these requirements in the development lifecycle
  • Help coordinate and support the development of sprint / multi-sprint activities across the engineering development team, ensuring all contributors are clear on the scope of feature delivery, and the role that feature plays within our wider Solution ecosystem
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and key internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritise and align product roadmap
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on the vision and execution (Research, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc)
  • Work with UX/UI Designers, utilise product analytics to develop a deep understanding of user behaviour and identify opportunities for rapid experimentation and product enhancements
