Summary

Join Stripe's Identity and Access Management (IAM) team as a Product Manager! Develop and refine the product strategy for IAM solutions, aligning with company goals. Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, support, compliance, and legal teams to drive IAM initiatives. Develop the long-term roadmap, create detailed feature development, and prioritize the product backlog. Serve as the primary point of contact for IAM-related inquiries, working with senior leaders and customers. Establish and monitor KPIs, implement improvements based on user feedback, and stay current with industry trends and best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of IAM concepts and proven experience leading cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on identity and access management or a related security domain
  • Possess a strong understanding of IAM concepts, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and identity governance
  • Have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and familiarity with relevant standards and protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
  • Enjoy working with a diverse group of people with different areas of expertise
  • Have previous experience with security and compliance audits
  • Have previous experience with threat detection and response
  • Have previous experience with Advanced Security Protocols
