Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on top-of-funnel acquisition and web-based experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong track record of designing and analyzing A/B experiments to improve user experience
  • Experience using data analysis tools to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions
  • Deep knowledge of product management methodologies, UX principles, and agile development practices

Responsibilities

  • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy using competitive research and business insights
  • Analyze customer and business data to inform product priorities
  • Write and present strategic documents and product overviews
  • Create and communicate a clear product roadmap
  • Balance technical foundations with content and engagement-led initiatives
  • Coordinate with go-to-market teams to align product positioning and value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to validate problems and co-create impactful solutions
  • Partner with product designers and engineers to develop wireframes and launch plans
  • Lead the execution of technical optimization efforts to improve site performance, crawlability, and health
  • Pull together everything needed to effectively launch, measure, learn, and iterate quickly to improve the product and its performance
  • Create measurement plans to monitor feature adoption and usage
  • Launch and monitor A/B tests for key initiatives, determining growth impact and monitoring key success indicators
  • Co-create go-to-market plans and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to execute them
  • Rapidly develop post-launch product iterations

  • Strong product management skills with the ability to operate across strategic and tactical levels
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment
