Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Product Manager Specialist for the Salesforce team in Brazil. Lead the development and optimization of key workflows that drive partner sales across the global Salesforce platform, directly supporting the partnerships team in 10+ countries. Requirements

  • Deep understanding of CRM concepts, sales/service workflows, and Salesforce’s core capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful, scalable solutions in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with process optimization, systems thinking, and technical integration
  • Excellent communication skills – you can clearly articulate product vision and tradeoffs to both business and technical audiences in English and Portuguese
  • Experience working with Agile development teams and managing backlogs, roadmaps, and cross-functional planning

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategy: Define and own the long-term vision for Salesforce as a business platform, aligning with executive stakeholders on priorities and ROI
  • Optimize Workflows: Streamline and enhance sales and support processes to reduce friction and increase productivity
  • Scale the Platform: Ensure the Salesforce ecosystem evolves to support growth, integrating new tools and features while maintaining system integrity
  • Enable Insights: Collaborate with data teams to unlock better reporting and decision-making across customer-facing teams
  • Lead Change: Champion adoption and continuous improvement of Salesforce capabilities across departments, acting as a trusted advisor
