Join Rubrik's Marketing Team as a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead and grow our cloud business.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree. MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of professional experience in technology, strategy, consulting or marketing related discipline, with at least 2 years experience working in a product marketing or product management capacity
• Experience in cybersecurity
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
• Experience being resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
• Experience in B2B go-to-market
• Knowledge about AWS/Azure/Google cloud solutions is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and Define Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to create a comprehensive product marketing strategy for our cloud business, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Product Positioning: Craft compelling and differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience, emphasizing Rubrik's capabilities in cloud data security
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Lead GTM initiatives, including product launches, sales enablement, and promotional campaigns, ensuring the successful market penetration of Rubrik's cloud solutions
• Content Creation: Produce a variety of marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and presentations to promote Rubrik's cloud solutions
• Strategic Partnership Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales enablement, product management, customer marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, demand gen, and other marketing teams, to align on objectives, share insights, and drive cohesive strategies

Benefits

• $147,300 - $220,900 USD base salary range for US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) location
• $132,600 - $198,800 USD base salary range for US2 (all other US offices/remote) location
