Remote Lead Product Marketing Manager

Requirements

• 7+ years' relevant product marketing experience
• Experience in and understanding of the SME space, SaaS software and/or fintech
• Track record of successful end-to-end product marketing campaigns with real business impact
• Strong project management skills and ability to foster collaboration with teams outside of your direct control
• Product analytics skills and ability to use data to drive decisions within product marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that enhance our product's performance, optimising every aspect from user onboarding to retention
• Utilise tools like Heap and Looker to analyse user behaviour, and product performance metrics
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that put the product at the centre of our growth efforts
• Work closely with product management, engineering and marketing channel teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and positioning
• Collaborate closely with other Product Managers at Tide to help inform and guide product roadmaps utilising feedback loops from members, external research and data driven insight
