Join the X Business team as a full-time Product Operations Agent contractor! You will play a critical role in supporting users by troubleshooting product issues and providing real-time solutions. This position offers hands-on experience in product support, impacting the experience of over 500 million users. Requirements

• 2+ years in a product operations, customer support, or customer success role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Reliable internet connection suitable for frequent video conferences

Benefits
