Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or workflow/process management
• Proficiency in Excel (working with data, organizing reports, and using formulas)
• Strong organizational and process execution skills
• Ability to manage updates, execution, and operational changes with minimal dependencies
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for improving efficiency and automating simple tasks

Responsibilities

• Organize, clean, and analyze product data for insights
• Streamline workflows to improve efficiency
• Maintain clear internal guides and product updates
• Configure and manage internal product tools
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to improve execution
