Product Owner

Summary

Join Anytime Mailbox as a Product Owner and play a crucial role in defining and prioritizing features for our SaaS products. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage the product backlog, and contribute to the product vision and roadmap. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in end to end product management and ownership within a software development environment with a proven track record of successful product delivery
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with experience in leading best practices in Agile teams
• Demonstrated ability to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and translate those into actionable product features
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Strong grasp of software development principles and technologies to interface effectively with engineering teams
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Quick learner and able to develop subject matter skills
• Being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays working
• Quiet workspace, conducive to video meetings & calls
• Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection; at least 25MBPS

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from Sales & Marketing, Operations to understand business needs and translate them into detailed product requirements
• Own and lead product features from its inception to end user experience with focus on delivery on time and quality
• Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, and participate in agile product development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives ensuring driving ownership and product delivery
• Work with the Director of Product Development in defining a product vision and roadmap in alignment with overall business strategy. Translate business opportunities into tangible product plans
• Leverage data insights and analytics to measure product performance, track key metrics, and optimize product development strategy
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to inform product decisions
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure product features are delivered with high quality and on time
• Lead sprint planning and review meetings, ensuring that teams have the right information and context to make informed decisions
