Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within the health benefits administration or HR technology sector
  • Possess familiarity with AI-driven platforms and a solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to successful completion

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Emma EnrollPro, aligning with bswift's strategic goals and market demands
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features, providing clarification and guidance as needed
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement
  • Advocate for a seamless and intuitive user experience, ensuring that Emma EnrollPro remains user-friendly and effective in assisting employees with benefits enrollment

Preferred Qualifications

Hold a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
