Summary

Collage Group is seeking a full-time remote Product Owner to join their innovative product team. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to organize tasks, groom the backlog, develop user stories, set sprint goals, write acceptance tests, plan releases and upgrades, analyze end-user preferences, refine agile methodology, and keep track of industry trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Product Owner or similar
• Experience with SaaS software development and/or data products required
• Familiarity with Agile processes
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
• Team spirit and good communication abilities
• Good organizational skills
• Ability and mindset to continuously measure and improve content performance through the creation of reports leveraging Google Analytics, Salesforce, and social media analytics tools, as well as in-house reporting capabilities
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field; or commensurate work experience
• A self-starter mentality

Responsibilities

• Help incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
• Groom and prioritize backlog
• Assist in developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Set sprint goals
• Write acceptance tests
• Help plan releases and upgrades
• Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
