Product Owner

Summary

Join Encora as a Product Owner and contribute to the development of innovative products. You will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision, managing the product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the product's success. This role requires at least 8 years of experience in product management, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will be working remotely and will have the opportunity to work with a global team of experts.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development processes
• Proven ability to translate product vision into actionable tasks and priorities for development teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and using data to drive product decisions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management and collaboration tools
• RPA - Ui path is must

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and develop a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and tasks based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends
• Work closely with stakeholders, including development teams, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and understanding of product goals and progress
• Translate high-level product ideas into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to clearly communicate requirements to the development team
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, providing regular updates on progress, changes, and timelines
• Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to iterate and improve the product
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure the product remains competitive and aligned with market needs
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the delivery of high-value features

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile or PMP certification is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving tech environment
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle or experience working closely with engineering teams
