Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS or platform business
- A builder’s mindset - demonstrated experience delivering a first release or greenfield product from scratch
- Pragmatic delivery - able to balance speed with quality; you’re comfortable scoping for first release and iterating post-launch
- Excellent communicator who can align stakeholders and bring clarity to complex systems
- Collaborative spirit - comfortable working in cross-functional teams with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support
Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of product delivery from and discovery to go-live and into future iterations
- Translate business goals (eg plan flexibility, billing automation, entitlement enforcement) into clear epics and user stories
- Championing cross functional collaboration with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Support to define scope, workflows, and dependencies
- Work closely with engineers to scope technical approaches and iterate quickly on early builds
- Build and nurture early-stage feedback loops from internal users
- Document business rules and edge cases related to billing, upgrades/downgrades, and proration logic
- Support transition from initial launch to scale by identifying post-launch gaps, tech debt, and growth opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of subscription models, billing workflows, or customer lifecycle management is a bonus
