Product Owner

Summary

Join European Dynamics as an Expert Product Owner, working remotely and collaborating with a major client's IT team. This role involves developing program assessment protocols, maintaining organizational standards, and working within an agile process. You will interact with the business, propose IT solutions, create user stories, and participate in Scrum meetings. A Master's degree in IT and extensive experience in IT, system modeling, and Agile methodologies are required. Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 13 years of relevant working experience in IT
• At least 5 years of experience in System / Data / process modelling (UML & BPMN)
• At least 3 years of experience in Weblogic, or other JEE container, program or project management
• Experience as Agile Scrum Master
• Good knowledge of Middleware systems (e.g. Weblogic Application Server, Oracle Service Bus)
• Good knowledge of messaging services and platforms (e.g. Java Message Service, Apache Kafka)
• Good knowledge of JEE
• Knowledge of RDBMS
• Knowledge of Jira and Atlassian suite
• Excellent command of the English language

Responsibilities

• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Work within the agile process
• Interact and validate requirements with the business
• Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in-depth understanding of a specific business domain
• Create user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint
• Participate to retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
• May perform the role of Scrum master

Preferred Qualifications

• Following certifications would be considered an advantage: Program Management, Agile, SAFE
• French would be an advantage
