Senior Product Owner

Summary

Join Anytime Mailbox as a Senior Product Owner and play a crucial role in defining and prioritizing features for our SaaS products. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage the product backlog, and lead product features from inception to user experience. This role requires 6+ years of experience in product management within a software development environment, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in end to end product management and ownership within a software development environment with a proven track record of successful product delivery
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with experience in leading best practices in Agile teams
• Demonstrated ability to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and translate those into actionable product features
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Strong grasp of software development principles and technologies to interface effectively with engineering teams
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Quick learner and able to develop subject matter skills
• Being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays working
• Quiet workspace, conducive to video meetings & calls
• Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection; at least 25MBPS

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from Sales & Marketing, Operations to understand business needs and translate them into detailed product requirements
• Own and lead product features from its inception to end user experience with focus on delivery on time and quality
• Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, and participate in agile product development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives ensuring driving ownership and product delivery
• Work with the Director of Product Development in defining a product vision and roadmap in alignment with overall business strategy. Translate business opportunities into tangible product plans
• Leverage data insights and analytics to measure product performance, track key metrics, and optimize product development strategy
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to inform product decisions
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior product owners or product managers, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure product features are delivered with high quality and on time. Lead sprint planning and review meetings, ensuring that teams have the right information and context to make informed decisions
