Product Owner

Summary

Join us as a Product Owner and play a pivotal role in leading product development from inception to completion. Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and drive product innovation. Your data-driven decision-making and understanding of market and customer needs will be crucial for product success and company growth. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and continuously improve the product delivery process. This role requires strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Have 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role)

• Have proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset
• Have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time and within budget
• Have familiarity with software engineering principles and processes
• Have a solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones
• Have a high degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development
• Have a solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals
• Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
• Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and/or opportunities for improvement
• Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress
• Create product specifications and user stories, and work closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on changing requirements
• Continuously improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies
• Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills
• Acquire a deep understanding of the product, track product metrics to measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement
