Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
• Experience with Salesforce
• Strong understanding of customer needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to prioritize features and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
• Work closely with development teams during sprint planning and execution
• Make informed decisions on product features and priorities
• Conduct regular product demos and gather feedback from stakeholders
• Accept or reject completed work based on defined acceptance criteria
• Review and Assess product documentation
• Organize product documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in release planning and contribute to product roadmap development
