Summary

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong understanding of customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize features and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
- Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
- Work closely with development teams during sprint planning and execution
- Make informed decisions on product features and priorities
- Conduct regular product demos and gather feedback from stakeholders
- Accept or reject completed work based on defined acceptance criteria
- Review and Assess product documentation
- Organize product documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in release planning and contribute to product roadmap development
