Requirements
- Balance of technical and business understanding
- Experience with writing user stories and designing user flows
- Proven delivery of working software in an agile development environment
- Proven ability to drive a highly collaborative environment where teams meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to document decisions, report results effectively and make logical, data-driven product recommendations
- Takes initiative to correctly define problems (technical, resource, or other) and persistently tracks down a solution
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from a product's conception all the way through to its maintenance post-launch
- Set up and review usage analytics for our products: derive insights, report to all stakeholders and help operationalize findings into new product plans
- Work with technical teams & product manager to write up stories for technical needs of new and existing products and features
- Maintaining internally-facing documentation of products
- Facilitate analyses of the technical viability of a product or feature as defined by the product manager
- Acquire, communicate, and track against product implementation timelines
- Communicate technical and non-technical requirements of products to the technical teams (software engineering, quality assurance, infrastructure, development and operations) through verbal and written means
- Write user stories, create user flows
- Participate in daily scrum as product owner
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the product or feature implementation
- Collaborate with team members producing customer-facing user guides
- Review and clarify defects for software maintenance
