Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software environment
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and context engineering
- Experience working directly with software engineering teams and understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to write high-quality user stories and manage an organized product backlog
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write clear, actionable documentation
- A strong sense of ownership and a desire to build solutions that make a measurable difference
- Passion for understanding client pain points and solving real problems with urgency and care
Responsibilities
- Work in the PSA codebase using AI agents (like Cursor and Claude Code) alongside engineers
- Use advanced prompt engineering and context design to communicate with agentic AI tools effectively
- Write clear, detailed user stories and maintain a prioritized team backlog
- Lead product planning, definition, and delivery for a major product area
- Host focus groups with clients to validate ideas and guide roadmap decisions
- Respond directly to client questions and feature requests related to your module or feature area
- Own the product discovery loop: gather input, test assumptions, and refine direction
- Maintain clarity and precision in your writing, communication, and planning
- Collaborate across engineering, QA, design, and other product owners to keep the team aligned
- Travel occasionally to attend industry conferences or client-facing events when needed
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools (like Cursor or Claude Code) is a plus but not required. What matters is your skill in prompt design and context provision
