Requirements

• Having already worked as a product owner for several years and successfully launched products in the field of web development - experience with SaaS and digitization projects is a plus
• Having experience with agile software development (Scrum) and corresponding tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Having a good sense for usability and the clear design of user interfaces
• Being a strong communicator and speaking and writing English business fluently
• Being able to communicate with the dev team in Spanish and having a good working knowledge
• Having a technical understanding and being able to clearly present complex problems to the developers

Responsibilities

• Continuously adapting payment methods and pricing models to new markets to support our international expansion
• Optimizing our payment process to enhance success rates and minimize fraud
• Leading a Scrum team, determining and analyzing product requirements in a results-oriented manner, and translating them into precise acceptance criteria
• Being responsible for internal stakeholder management and acting as an interface between the departments and the development team
• Being responsible for the entire product development process - from discovery to go-live
• Defining epics and user stories, managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on company-wide metrics to achieve our goals
• Keeping an eye on the development of new technologies and trends and identifying further development opportunities for our software
