Summary

The job is for a remote Product Owner II position in the Product Ownership department. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience (high school diploma required if substituting experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of agile processes and principles
• Experience in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories
• Proficient in writing clear and concise acceptance criteria
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in leading scrum teams
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments and product teams to assess, initiate, refine, and drive functional solutions
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories for the scrum team
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies and ensure the team has a sufficient backlog of groomed user stories
• Manage backlog, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories
• Write clear and concise acceptance criteria for user stories
• Plan and prioritize product backlog and development activities
• Identify and manage cross-team priorities
• Contribute to final approval and acceptance testing
• Communicate product strategy to stakeholders and team members
• Mitigate non-technical impediments to achieve Release/Sprint Goals
• Coordinate delivery plans, testing, training, and support across teams and departments
• Work closely with engineering, user experience, customer experience strategy, and design teams to ensure quality and consistency
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback into the product roadmap while balancing conflicting priorities
• Present to internal stakeholders as the product expert
• Participate in inception workshops in cross-functional group settings
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues, coordinating resolution
