Requirements

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their metrics
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and reports
• Proven experience in people management, performance evaluations, career development plans, Individual Development Plans, and other related techniques/tools
• Familiarity with Software Development Processes

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders
• Create and maintain product roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate and lead project meetings
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, high quality, and within budget
