Product & Packaging Designer

Join SunStaches, a fun and innovative sunglasses company based in Los Angeles, as a Product & Packaging Designer. You'll be responsible for designing sunglasses, packaging, and marketing materials while adhering to strict style guides and brand parameters. This full-time, remote position requires proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, along with 3+ years of experience in packaging and product design. You'll be working within a creative and dynamic team, collaborating on projects and receiving feedback to refine designs. The role offers a competitive salary, 20 days of paid time off, and 5 sick days off.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experienced in packaging and product design (3+ years)
• Comfortable working within strict style guide parameters
• Someone with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team
• Open to feedback and willing to revise designs as needed

Responsibilities

• Design a variety of products and packaging, ensuring consistency with brand style guides
• Create fresh & fun sunglasses designs using existing templates or designing new frames
• Develop packaging that aligns with strict licensor guidelines
• Design marketing materials to promote our products effectively
• Clean up and edit photos to enhance visual appeal
• Stay on task, manage workload, and meet deadlines consistently

Preferred Qualifications

Pop culture knowledge - familiarity with entertainment brands is a plus!
