Product & Packaging Designer

Summary

Join SunStaches, a Los Angeles-based sunglasses company, as their new Product & Packaging Designer! You will design sunglasses, packaging, and marketing materials, adhering to brand guidelines and collaborating with a team. This full-time, fully remote position requires proficiency in Adobe Suite, 3+ years of experience in product and packaging design, and strong communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary ($2000-$3000 per month), 20 days of PTO plus 5 sick days, and the opportunity to work remotely as an independent contractor. Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experienced in packaging and product design (3+ years)
• Comfortable working within strict style guide parameters
• Someone with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team
• Open to feedback and willing to revise designs as needed

Responsibilities

• Design a variety of products and packaging, ensuring consistency with brand style guides
• Create fresh & fun sunglasses designs using existing templates or designing new frames
• Develop packaging that aligns with strict licensor guidelines
• Design marketing materials to promote our products effectively
• Clean up and edit photos to enhance visual appeal
• Stay on task, manage workload, and meet deadlines consistently

Preferred Qualifications

Pop culture knowledge - familiarity with entertainment brands is a plus!
