Summary

Regrello is seeking an experienced Product Quality Strategist with 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, a passion for systems and process improvement, and experience rolling out software solutions. This role requires an individual contributor who can drive quality initiatives and support the integration of new features and technologies within Regrello's software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain roles, with a focus on quality management
  • Passion for integrated software solutions within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, AS9100)

Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor the development and product teams on best practices for building, executing and automating test plans
  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for supply chain and manufacturing solutions software to ensure the product meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain test plans to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality
  • Collaborate with the product team to co-build and enhance features
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure testing strategies align with product requirements and business goals
  • Conduct regular quality checks to identify areas for improvement
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of testing strategies
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to address technical challenges
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives, working independently to achieve goals
  • Show a strong interest in systems thinking and process optimization
