Remote Solutions and Quality Manager

Summary

Join Regrello as a Solutions and Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives, support software integration, and design manufacturing processes. This role requires technical expertise and experience in supply chain and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain roles, with involvement in quality management
• Passion for integrated software solutions within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and written skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, AS9100)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and creation of the first state-of-the-art supply chain and operations solutions store
• Responsible for configuring and testing blueprints leveraging AI to ensure industry-leading best practices are followed
• Manage the design and creation of the blueprint visualization and value statements
• Create comprehensive test plans for supply chain and manufacturing solutions software to ensure the product meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations
• Train and mentor the development and product team on best quality management practices to improve the quality of our application
• Collaborate with the product team to co-build and enhance features
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to address technical challenges
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Take ownership of projects and initiatives, working independently to achieve goals
• Show a strong interest in systems thinking and process optimization
