Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university
• Be a hard-working self-starter capable of concurrently running multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Possess excellent analytical skills
• Have the ability to communicate and teach complicated concepts
• Be detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Have an interest in the Technology/SaaS industry

Responsibilities

• Respond to clients via phone, email, or chat
• Become an authority in the Qualtrics product
• Effectively help customers with a mix of instructing, consulting, and troubleshooting
• Lead projects that have an impact on the team and the organization
• Regularly adapt and learn as products and technologies change
• Collaborate with fellow product specialists to find solutions for customers and processes
• Help company-build through innovations that transform the business and its products

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or hard science major or minor
• Prior instructing, research, or tutoring experience
• Experience in a tech or start-up environment
