Summary

Join Madison Avenue Consulting as a Pulse Product Strategist & Solutions Specialist, bridging product development, marketing, and sales for our Salesforce-native healthcare product, Pulse. Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and healthcare is crucial. You will evangelize Pulse, conduct demos, develop messaging, and collaborate with Salesforce stakeholders. Your goal is to ensure Pulse's strong positioning, visibility with sales teams, and alignment with customer needs. This role involves leading go-to-market initiatives, collaborating with marketing, providing product training, and analyzing market trends. Success in this position requires strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Salesforce product strategy, solution engineering, or product marketing
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including AppExchange, partner go-to-market strategies, and healthcare solutions
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and its positioning in the healthcare provider landscape
  • Ability to confidently deliver demos to executives, Salesforce AEs, and technical audiences
  • Familiarity with product-market fit development, customer segmentation, and messaging frameworks
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine Pulse product messaging and positioning within the Salesforce ecosystem and broader healthcare market
  • Serve as a solutions expert in demos, QBRs, webinars, and Lunch & Learns with Salesforce and client stakeholders
  • Own the relationship with Salesforce Partner Managers specific to Pulse; create strategies to increase visibility across HLS sales teams
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to inform the roadmap based on market feedback, competitive research, and customer input
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for new features or verticalized offerings (e.g., behavioral health, pediatric home care)
  • Partner with Marketing to create sales collateral, case studies, success stories, and landing pages
  • Provide product training and support for internal teams and sales engineers
  • Analyze market trends and the positioning of adjacent Salesforce-native products (e.g., Litify, Veeva, Accounting Seed) to refine Pulse strategy
  • Support major Salesforce event presence (World Tours, Dreamforce) with Pulse-specific booth and demo strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling or supporting healthcare solutions on Salesforce, particularly in home care or behavioral health
  • Relationships with Salesforce AEs, SEs, and Partner Account Managers
  • Background in a successful Salesforce-native product launch or scale-up
  • Experience working with tools like Lucidchart, Gong, Salesforce CRM, and Highspot or similar
