Summary
Join Penta Group as a Senior Paid Media Manager and lead the execution of multi-channel paid media campaigns across various platforms. Requirements
- A bachelors degree, with majors in areas such as business, finance, economics, or analytics, being preferred
- 5β7+ years of hands-on multi-channel paid media campaign management experience supporting mid-enterprise level clients in an agency environment
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, X, StackAdapt or similar DSP, Campaign Manager 360, and Google Analytics
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate campaign insights into compelling client facing presentations
- A deep understanding of campaign flighting, pacing, optimization workflows, and QA standards
- A proven track record of resolving platform issues and managing performance-based adjustments
- Experience with media invoicing, reconciliation, and vendor coordination
- A detail-oriented and highly organized mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns across digital platforms, including Campaign Manager 360, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, X, and StackAdapt
- Oversee campaign flighting, including launch schedules, trafficking, naming conventions, UTM parameters, pixel implementation, creative QA, and tracking verification
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks across creative assets, tracking, and targeting to ensure campaigns are launched error-free
- Identify and resolve in-platform issues such as ad disapprovals, delivery anomalies, tracking errors, or budget pacing discrepancies to ensure uninterrupted campaign performance
- Coordinate with creative and brand teams to manage asset delivery, ensuring all files meet platform specifications and launch timelines
- Collaborate with media and brand strategists on optimizations, regularly reviewing performance data and making platform-level adjustments
- Manage weekly pacing and optimization workflows, contribute insights to reporting and wrap-up decks, and present campaign performance during client calls and internal reviews
- Maintain internal documentation including trafficking templates, naming conventions, and QA checklists to support consistent campaign execution
- Monitor ad platform updates and policy changes, communicating relevant implications to internal teams and adjusting campaign setups as needed
- Own invoice tracking and approvals in coordination with Finance and vendor teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Delegate tasks to junior campaign managers and serve as a mentor to support team development
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience mentoring junior team members is a plus
- Experience managing campaigns for clients in regulated industries such as Telecommunications, Finance, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and others which is highly desirable
