Senior Digital Media Strategist

Summary

Join DEPT®'s Creative & Media team in Rotterdam or Amsterdam as a Media Strategy Director. Lead major client accounts, understanding their digital marketing challenges and translating insights into strategic business opportunities. Assemble the right team to deliver optimal solutions. Translate data insights into compelling client presentations, implement strategies with specialists, collaborate closely with internal teams (SEA, SEO, CRM, Data, and Social Advertising Consultants), and drive project completion. Foster internal knowledge and develop new propositions and best practices. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, possesses relevant digital marketing strategy experience, and has broad digital marketing knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
• Have relevant, hands-on experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist
• Have broader digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEA, Social, Display, Content Marketing, Data, CRM etc.)
• Can help our clients to go from a business strategy to a digital marketing strategy and implement this by giving advice, creating roadmaps and proposing concepts
• Are a networker and because of this you are able to bring together our different disciplines and specialists
• Can explain complex data and information in an easy and understandable manner to clients

Responsibilities

• Translate insights derived from data into a clear story to convince the client
• Implement strategies together with specialists for clients
• Work closely together with our specialists (like SEA, SEO, CRM, Data and Social Advertising Consultants)
• Be the driving force of projects, starting and finishing them
• Drive our internal knowledge and be on the forefront of creating new propositions and best practices
