Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in production design, graphic design, or a related field
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout best practices
- Experience preparing print-ready files and optimizing digital assets
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote or hybrid work setting
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly and efficiently
Responsibilities
- Format and prepare print and digital assets for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Resize and adapt creative assets for various platforms, including web, social media, and print
- Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and technical specifications for different outputs
- Perform quality control checks, including resolution, color accuracy, and layout adjustments
- Manage production files and maintain an organized asset library for efficient workflow
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to refine and finalize creative projects
- Troubleshoot design and production issues, offering solutions for optimization
