Production Designer

Summary

Join a leading restaurant brand as a Junior Designer/Production Designer for a 6-month, full-time, remote contract position (40 hours/week). This role demands a high level of proficiency in both design and production, requiring seamless transitions between creative concepting and execution. You will design and execute marketing assets across various platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure brand consistency. The ideal candidate possesses strong design skills, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail. Compensation is $50/hour. A portfolio showcasing both creative and production work is required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a design or production role (agency or in-house preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a deep understanding of production workflows
• Experience in both creative design and technical production work
• Ability to shift seamlessly between creative and executional tasks
• Strong knowledge of print and digital production processes, including file prep and mechanical builds
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio Submission Required: must submit a portfolio showcasing both creative and production work, including branding, digital assets, mechanical builds, and final executions

Responsibilities

• Design and execute assets across digital, print, experiential, and in-market marketing
• Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and Regional Marketing teams to bring ideas to life
• Handle mechanical builds, asset adaptations, and file preparation for production
• Ensure accuracy in layouts, typography, and visual elements across all materials
• Assist with digital menu boards, social content, signage, and promotional materials
• Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative and production responsibilities
