Summary

The job is for a Business Change Professional Development Expert in Corndel's Operations team. The role involves mentoring and training learners on the Business Change Professional Development Expert Level 4 programme. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a teaching qualification being beneficial but not necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum previous experience required: Mid-level Business Analyst or higher
• Should have held a leadership or mentoring role previously, whether formally as a team leader or informally leading projects
• Experience in leading training sessions or workshops would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of learners, mentoring, coaching, and equipping them to become better business change and transformation professionals
• Customise our theoretical course content for each individual learner you support through regular teaching sessions and workshops
• Support your caseload of learners in completing all Corndel training materials and assessment tasks in a timely manner
• Ensure that each learner is actively working on their respective qualification, recognises its value, is making progress, and is actively pursuing it as a means of advancing their career
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support learner progress and ensure client satisfaction
