Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to direct reports, conducting regular 1:1 meetings and offering constructive feedback
- Manage and lead complex enterprise-level deployments, serving as a player/coach within the team
- Act as an escalation point for the Professional Services team, resolving complex challenges and liaising with sales teams and customers as needed
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the company's product portfolio and stay current with new technologies and industry trends
- Lead the onboarding process for new staff within the Professional Services team
- Coordinate training and mentoring programs for junior team members, assessing needs and measuring effectiveness
- Provide reporting statistics to senior management
- Lead by example, consistently demonstrating and promoting the company's key values
- Provide regular feedback to upper management on team performance and individual contributors
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Professional Services department, identifying areas for improvement and growth
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
- Represent the Professional Services team in cross-functional meetings and initiatives
- Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight
