Summary
Join Mae, a venture-backed digital health company, as a Program Manager to contribute to our mission of reducing maternal health disparities. You will play a key role in supporting Medicaid payer partnerships, leading the implementation and management of contracts, and fostering strong client relationships. This position requires experience in Medicaid Managed Care and project management, along with excellent communication and data analysis skills. Requirements
- Highly organized, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams concurrently
- 5-7 years of Medicaid Managed Care program / population experience or healthcare payer experience
- 1-3 years Project Management experience, including leading a program end-to-end
- Relationship management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Background/expertise in: maternal-child health, sexual & reproductive health, population health, Medicaid health policy, or other relevant fields
Responsibilities
- Support contracting, planning, and deployment of payer pilots
- Manage communication and relationship (phone, e-mail, meetings) with client and Mae team
- Develop status updates, report outs, and presentations to client and internal team
- Revise project plans / resources to meet changing needs and requirements
- Define, measure, and track success metrics of each initiative
- Identify client pain points and implement quick solutions
- Collaborate internally with other departments to address areas for improvement and/or client requests
- Lead internal progress tracking and growth strategy for assigned payer partners
