Summary
Join StackAdapt's Performance and Talent Management team as a Program Manager in Organizational Design. You will collaborate with the Director of Talent and Performance Management and be a key thought partner in the overall People and Talent strategy. This role involves developing and implementing people strategies and programs to support various teams and drive talent strategy outcomes. The successful candidate will stay updated on best practices in Organizational Effectiveness and workforce strategy. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to candidates in Canada or the US. Requirements
- Previous experience conducting research and analyzing data to measure how well organizational changes are working; using data-driven and evidence based approach to decision making and influencing
- Track record of designing and running pilot programs to test new ways of improving team productivity or company structure
- Previous experience in Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment
- Track record of partnering in designing, managing and scaling programs such as engagement surveys, performance management, talent planning, career development, and succession planning, that drive measurable business outcomes in support of a growing and global workforce
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with cross-functional teams to drive complex organizational changes that support organizational growth and agility
- Proven success in global programs, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors
- Experience acting as an advisor to broader teams using data and research backed best practice to influence decisions, while staying grounded in the reality of implementation
- A βhow can we make this better?β mentality with a focus on progress over perfection to continuously drive for improvement
Responsibilities
- Partner with People & Culture to iterate on and implement workforce planning and global organization succession planning strategies, including span of control, headcount trends, and retention initiative. Use data to help the business identify critical roles, promote growth for all employees, and identify high-potential employees, thereby ensuring a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for critical roles
- Iterate on and support current survey and recognition initiatives, including designing survey cadence and content, supporting action-planning, and ensuring closed loop mechanisms are in place that improve workplace culture
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across the business, including Revenue, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering to design and iterate on job leveling, org structure and career pathing
- Iterate on and implement data-driven performance metrics, including integration with HCM/HRIS systems, building equitable and consistent policies for merit increases and promotions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Psychology and/or People Analytics
