Summary

Join Study Group Digital Learning as a Program Operations, Attendance, and Wellbeing Coordinator for a fixed-term contract (January 2025 – November 2025). This remote, UK-based role focuses on supporting the smooth operation of an innovative online program for high school students in the Middle East. You will ensure high student attendance, engagement, and wellbeing, providing administrative support, implementing policies, and offering wellbeing support. The role requires excellent IT skills, experience in education, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Desirable skills include Mental Health First Aid and safeguarding training, which will be provided. The position offers a competitive salary of up to Β£30,000 per annum.

Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience working in an educational setting with students
  • Experience in reporting and tracking information
  • Experience of being flexible and working to specific deadlines
  • Experience in communicating with and liaising with multiple different stakeholders
  • Experience of reporting different types of information for different stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administrative support to help ensure smooth day-to-day Program operations
  • Support with the implementation of the Program Attendance and Engagement Policy and any associated activities
  • Support with student understanding and adherence to the Program Student Behaviour Charter Policy and any associated activities
  • Provide wellbeing support for students 1:1, in small groups, or for whole cohorts. Ensure meticulous record-keeping
  • Report on well-being in relevant Program meetings and reports and events
  • Support the DSL with reporting, risk assessments, and other digital safeguarding meeting specific requirements for 18+ and under 18 learners
  • Support with implementation of the Program Extenuating Circumstances Policy and any associated activities
  • Support learners’ well-being through a home country referral model and provide practical and emotional well-being support to students experiencing personal problems, particularly if any of these challenges may impact their studies
  • Input, update, and manage data reporting for different Program stakeholders in relation to well-being, attendance, and engagement
  • Supervising the completion of Student Experience or Operational tasks by others if required
  • Collaborating with and communicating with different Program stakeholders
  • Any other tasks and duties as required by the line manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mental Health First Aid Training
  • Assist Training
  • Deputy Safeguarding Training
  • Experience working in an educational setting with students including with U18s
  • Experience in delivering support enrichment or information sessions to large groups as well as smaller groups and 1:1
  • Experience of safeguarding and providing wellbeing support
