Requirements
- Have experience as Project Administration
- Possess strong administration skills
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have professional experience in processing pre-sales orders, invoicing and logistics
Responsibilities
- Set-up customer accounts and establish relative financials
- Process sales-orders
- Manage customer and vendor stock ETAβs
- Organize logistics
- Handle invoicing and project reconciliations
- Ensure company policy and process is adhered to at all times
- Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Process external customer orders with accuracy and time efficiency
- Maintain and manage customer ETAβs and order dispatches with a high level of detail, proactivity and ownership
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy with customer invoicing and project reconciliations
- Manage logistics for incoming and outgoing customer orders
- Liaise with inter-company departments (and stores) to produce successful outcomes
- Attend selected (in-house) project team meetings, as well as operational meetings
- Be effective with communication, be responsive, follow up and hold accountability

- Possess strong organisational, time management & prioritisation skills
- Possess strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal departments and external customers and vendors
