Summary
Join The Green Technology Group, LLC (TGTG) as a Project Analyst supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT). This full-time remote position requires a self-starter with strong strategic communication and analytical skills. You will conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports, making recommendations to optimize programs, policies, and systems. A background in IT and Organizational Change Management is preferred. The role demands flexibility and forward-thinking in a dynamic environment. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience are required, along with the ability to pass a background check and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Requirements
- Have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs
- Be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes
- Be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations
- Be able to effectively manipulate data to present program status and make recommendations on improving business processes
- Have experience in creating new methods of gathering and analyzing source data to evaluate program effectiveness and analyze business processes
- Obtain and maintain a Tier II Moderate Risk Background Investigation
- Have legal authorization to work in the U.S
- Have a Bachelor's Degree (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
- Have 5 years related experience
Responsibilities
- Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports
- Determining program requirements and making recommendations
- Analyzing programs, policies, procedures, and systems and making recommendations to optimize these
- Drafting new or revised policies and procedures
- Assisting program managers with the development of budgets and schedules as well as tracking metrics
- Identifying and resolving issues and problems
- Planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operations and programs
- Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a baseline understanding of IT
- Have experience with Organizational Change Management
