Summary
Join the Retail Technology team at Arc'teryx as a Project Coordinator and play a key role in project planning, tracking, and reporting. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring projects are executed according to plan. This role is based in North Vancouver but offers remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include creating delivery plans, scheduling activities, preparing project documents, updating project plans, managing Jira tickets, facilitating scrum ceremonies, setting up meetings, and communicating project updates. You will also support hypercare, deploy new POS features, and collaborate on improving product guide processes. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant degree or diploma, 3+ years of experience, Agile project management experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- You have a relevant university degree or technical diploma and a minimum of 3+ yearβs related experience
- An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered
- You have some hands on experience and exposure in Agile project management
- You have exposure working in an agile methodology environment
- You have some exposure to retail point of sale products and omnichannel guest experience
- You have strong organization and prioritization skills while managing multiple, competing priorities using tools like JIRA
- You have strong experience in Powerpoint, Smartsheet, JIRA and Confluence
- You are an excellent collaborator while also being able to work effectively with a team
- You are adaptable and demonstrate forward thinking on new challenges
- You are able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight timescales
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with other project or technology managers to create a comprehensive delivery plan
- Collaborating with the cross functional teams to schedule cutover, delivery, test & turn on activities
- Preparing project artifacts such as schedule and other related documents
- Referencing output from PI planning to create a consolidated project plan with all dependencies captured
- Updating and monitoring project plans to ensure tasks are being executed, as planned, between teams. Being a point of escalation when necessary
- Managing Jira tickets and providing stats on sprint activity
- Facilitating scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Setting up virtual and physical meetings for teams to collaborate
- Contributing to the communication of project status updates, next steps to project teams and go-live readiness
- Working with teams to refine and setup our hypercare support plan
- Facilitating hypercare support calls, managing support tasks and actions with teams
- Deploying new features to our Point of Sale (POS), Manhattan Active Omni, into Arcβteryx retail stores. Including MPOS, operational & login enhancements and additional modules within Manhattan Active Omnichannel including Store Order Fulfillment and omnichannel guest improvements
- Collaborating with the team on improving our product guide processes within the POS
- Supporting other projects and tasks as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum certification (CSM, CSPO, etc.) is an asset but not required
Benefits
$68,000 - $84,000 a year
