Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years’ experience in project management within a healthcare agency environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, own, and perform all aspects of project delivery end-to-end from project scoping and submissions management to successful execution and lessons learned
  • Lead project delivery for both external portfolio of client accounts as well as the internal department for Access Marketing in line with business objectives and operational excellence
  • Establish and/or optimize processes based on Access Marketing business objectives, including identifying opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate agency workflows
  • Enforce project standards and business management systems across internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Foster client relationships and represent agency operations/project delivery in client meetings and planning discussions as appropriate
  • Lead and contribute to launch planning roadmaps and day of approval plans to ensure operational excellence throughout client PDUFA timeframes
  • Create and disseminate project burn reports and escalate/mitigate areas of risk as needed, including working collaboratively with the account team to proactively address
  • Integrate seamlessly and maintain fluency between Advisory and Marketing disciplines within a matrixed organization
  • Grow and contribute to the growth of Access Marketing by supporting project delivery needs for RFPs, pitches, and other new business development opportunities
  • Lead collaboratively with account, strategy, medical, creative, and other project delivery partners on all aspects of Access Marketing
  • Support leadership with growing the internal project delivery team and cultivating strong talent, including mentorship, management, and outsourcing of freelance needs
  • Be flexible with travel up to 10% of time as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Expert skill level with MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook strongly preferred
  • Expert skill level with MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) strongly preferred
  • Expert skill level with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Asana, Content Management Systems, online routing, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting) strongly preferred
  • Strong experience with both traditional/non-digital and digital campaigns (including site, digital experiences, email) strongly preferred
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and cross-discipline environment with a proactive mindset
  • Deep and detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing including broadcast, print, digital, and medical/legal/regulatory review
  • Highly skilled as an interdisciplinary thinker and curious project delivery lead
  • Seamlessly skillful in balancing both collaborative work and independent work
  • Proven track record in leading teams, problem-solving with agility and creativity, as well as upholding the organization’s culture
  • Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines, across both inline client work and pipeline new business development work
  • Exceptional and reliable organizational skills
