Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in cloud professional/project services delivery, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
• Should have delivered large complex engagements for customer organizations
• 10 Years of experience in consulting professional services organizations
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Proven experience in managing large, complex cloud programs, projects using methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile or Scrum
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions
• A track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Relevant cloud certifications, PMP, Scrum

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall strategy for cloud service delivery, aligning with the customer's goals and objectives
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget, and with high customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided
• Supervise and mentor a team of service delivery managers and Program Directors fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project success and optimal utilization of team members
• Ensure the quality of services delivered meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards
• Define performance management metrics and track it at a practice level
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to program delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance
• Monitor and evaluate cloud services' performance and engagements across multiple customers
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues and challenges
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies and trends and integrate new approaches to improve service delivery

• The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: $161,000-$236,060
• The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $171,400-$251,350
• The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City and Washington is: $187,500-$275,000
• Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments
