Responsibilities include working closely with customers and internal teams, coordinating workflows, providing team motivation, planning integration projects, and acting as a communication bridge between team members. You will also lead business requirement analysis, negotiate with B2B customers, develop system design specifications, collaborate on testing matrices, implement quality assurance best practices, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Requirements
- Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous communication
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- +3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams
- +4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role on a B2B SaaS or Software Development Company
- Proficiency in requirements, analysis, and documentation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle
- Experience with Quality Assurance processes and best practices
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and provide effective solutions
Responsibilities
- Working closely with all customers and internal team to ensure delivery aligned with plans and commitments
- Take charge of coordinating the workflow, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the timely completion of assignments
- Provide motivation and direction to ensure project goals, objectives and milestones
- Integration Projects Planning and follow up through completion
- Act as a communication bridge between various team members, facilitating collaboration and ensuring a smooth exchange of information
- Lead and conduct in-depth analysis of complex business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives while collaborating with the technical team to ensure the feasibility of execution
- Negotiation with B2B customers and B2B executives
- Develop detailed system design specifications, considering scalability, reliability, and performance, and ensure alignment with business goals and organization’s architecture and standards
- Collaborate on the translation of functional requirements into testing matrices for the QA team, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
- Implement and enforce best practices for quality assurance and testing processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions
- Act as a primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, maintaining clear and open communication to manage expectations and ensure successful project outcomes
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and other relevant materials
