Project Delivery Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous communication
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• +3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams
• +4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role on a B2B SaaS or Software Development Company
• Proficiency in requirements, analysis, and documentation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle
• Experience with Quality Assurance processes and best practices
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and provide effective solutions

Responsibilities

• Working closely with all customers and internal team to ensure delivery aligned with plans and commitments
• Take charge of coordinating the workflow, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the timely completion of assignments
• Provide motivation and direction to ensure project goals, objectives and milestones
• Integration Projects Planning and follow up through completion
• Act as a communication bridge between various team members, facilitating collaboration and ensuring a smooth exchange of information
• Lead and conduct in-depth analysis of complex business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives while collaborating with the technical team to ensure the feasibility of execution
• Negotiation with B2B customers and B2B executives
• Develop detailed system design specifications, considering scalability, reliability, and performance, and ensure alignment with business goals and organization’s architecture and standards
• Collaborate on the translation of functional requirements into testing matrices for the QA team, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
• Implement and enforce best practices for quality assurance and testing processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions
• Act as a primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, maintaining clear and open communication to manage expectations and ensure successful project outcomes
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and other relevant materials
