Project Engineer

Requirements

• Experience working with remote teams is required
• Hands-on or remote deployment and troubleshooting experience for different technologies including endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, networks, etc
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, and at times high-pressure consulting environment
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows Server Environment Setup
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: Active Directory and Active Directory Services
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: DNS and DHCP
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: Hypervisor Setup and Configuration with Hyper-V
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: Cloud Platform Deployments
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: Standard O365 Apps such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: Cloud Identify Management such as Azure AD and EntraID
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: MDM platforms including Intune and MaaS360
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: Email Migration and Support
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: Experience migration from on-premises Exchange to O365
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: Migration tools and scripts such as those from BitTitan
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: Data Storage Device Setup and Deployment
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: NAS solutions from QNAP and Synology and Dell
• A home office set up that meets the following: A working computer with minimum of 8gb RAM, i5 Windows10 or macOS Big Sur
• A home office set up that meets the following: Stable internet connection with at least 5mbps download and upload
• A home office set up that meets the following: A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
• A home office set up that meets the following: A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
• A home office set up that meets the following: HD webcam
• A home office set up that meets the following: 2nd Monitor
• A home office set up that meets the following: UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply ) if using a desktop (Not needed if using a laptop)

• Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
• Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday
• Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments
• Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)

Responsibilities

• Champion the successful implementation of key projects, meeting client requirements and timelines
• Drive the optimization of IT system performance and reliability by proactively addressing challenges
• Enhance team collaboration and communication, contributing to the success of every project

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise is a plus but not required for this position
• Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple Clients is a plus but not required for this position
• Experience using Remote Monitoring and Management tools (RMM) such as Kaseya or LabTech/ConnectWise Automate is a plus but not required for this position
