Project Finance Accountant

Summary

Join Nucleus Global, part of Inizio, a global healthcare consulting group, as a Project Finance Assistant! Support the Finance Business Partners in ensuring project profitability and billability. Track financials of confirmed and potential business for management accounting and forecasting. Perform client invoicing, project reconciliations, and maintain the accounting system. Update revenue reports and assist with month-end tasks. This role offers a hybrid or remote work option.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting or finance
• Some experience in an accounting role - ideally within project accounting
• General knowledge of an accounting software - preferable Oracle
• Good IT skills specifically in Excel

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Business Partners to ensure that the company is achieving project profitability and billability through the provision of financial information and the financial management of client projects
• Help track the financials of confirmed and potential business, to pass onto client teams for management accounting and forecasting purposes
• Perform client invoicing, assisting with project reconciliations, ensuring the accounting system is updated and maintained with project budget uploads, and releasing and checking new projects
• Help update the Confirmed and Potential revenue reports and associated month-end tasks
