Project Implementation Specialist

This fully remote position involves client interactions via screen sharing and virtual meetings. You will conduct training sessions, provide ongoing support, and document implementation processes. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing web-based software solutions
• Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience with data mapping and migration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with screen sharing tools and remote collaboration platforms
• Comfortable delivering training sessions to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Knowledge of data integration tools or ETL processes
• Background in customer success, technical support, or training

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of web-based software solutions for new and existing clients
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Configure software to meet client-specific needs and workflows
• Review and map SQL databases and other data sources to support data migration and integration
• Conduct training sessions for both administrative and end users, in one-on-one and group settings, to ensure successful adoption of the software
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during and after implementation
• Document implementation processes, configurations, and client requirements
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure project success

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with legal, business, or government environments is a strong plus
