Join Delivery Associates, a social impact consulting firm, as a Project Leader in Senegal. This 1-year contract role involves leading consulting teams working with governments and coalitions on public health projects in Africa. You will guide client teams, manage projects, and foster collaboration. Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelorโ€™s degree, with a Masterโ€™s in public health preferred. Requisite years of professional experience in public health, public policy, and/or apprenticeship pathways will also be considered in lieu of formal education
  • Have 7-9 years of relevant experience in the public sector, at consulting firms or international organizations with demonstrable client-facing delivery
  • Demonstrate project and/or programme management experience, particularly in public health contexts
  • Possess demonstrated experience in managing complex projects
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Have business-level proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Have existing right-to-work documentation, based in Senegal (or having the ability to relocate for the duration of your contract)

Responsibilities

  • Work with governments and donors, engaging senior leaders in public sectors on their most complex challenges by building capabilities for delivering priority projects and informing data-driven decision-making
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of projects while guiding and coaching client teams to deliver and sustain concrete results
  • Facilitate problem-solving, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement across silos
  • Develop client reports, dashboards, and communication materials
  • Participate in and lead internal initiatives and contribute to the organization and the Africa region's growth
