Requirements

• Win new business or additional projects from clients
• Manage team members
• Have experience in delivering large and complex projects successfully
• Possess high-level leadership and decision-making skills
• Have strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Possess high-level risk management and problem-solving skills
• Have experience in ERP implementation or system refresh projects
• Be a native-level Japanese speaker
• Reside within Japan

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders
• Manage risks and resolve issues
• Manage project budget, schedule, and resources

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Have industry-specific knowledge (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, finance)
• Have experience in agile project management
• Have experience in managing large projects
